The Clearwater Hogs are a Tampa Bay area group of spearfishing enthusiasts affiliated with the West Coast Council of the Florida Skin Divers Association. Meetings are currently held at 7pm at Peggy O'Neill's Irish Pub in Palm Harbor on the second Thursday of each month. Our aim is to promote the sport of recreational spearfishing, safe SCUBA and breath hold or freediving activities, and the conservation of the fish resources of the Gulf of Mexico.

Feel free to use this site to post trip reports (let us know about conditions: approximately where you were, water temperatures, visibility, what you saw, and post pictures of your fish!).
Club officers will also use this site to post details about club events and to announce meetings, social gatherings and contact information on the club officers.
Please post constructive suggestions for the club about outings or ideas.
Also, this is a good place to post questions for other shooters about the sport in general, post requests for sharing rides for the coming weekend, and putting together tournament teams.
The more everyone uses it, the better it will work for all concerned. This is all about enjoying our favorite sport. Be respectful and keep the conversations clean and informative.
